It’s here! And we will be there! Tim Jensen and i will be representing at Artist Alley, table J6. We went and set up today and it looks awesome. Last year’s C2E2 was our very first con, and we didn’t even technically have a table. We showed up with a 3 page black and white preview of The Awakened. Fast forward to one year later, and we have released the full 22 page color issue of The Awakened – gotten it onto iBooks, Amazon, Android, and whatever other platforms Graphicly has expanded on to…completed an anthology horror short with a group of super talented creators, AND are debuting James Jensen Shorts Volume 1! Talk about a busy year! Well Tim, hats off brother. Who knew this is something that we would stick with, let alone get hooked on doing. I’m proud of us and you should be too! You rock man!

Sooooooo – I’ve always been a huge manga fan. I’ve been desperately wanting to make one. So I found a book that comes with a disc of royalty free manga line art. Here’s the latest by Tim Jensen and I. It’s a splash page to a short that we will debut at this year’s C2E2! There will be three shorts in total. The Pond, Zombie Comedians, and The Courier. I’m really diggin’ how it came out. And I think it may just be my best coloring job to date. That whole “do something alot and you’ll get better at it” kinda holds true I guess. Enjoy!
Tim Jensen and I made a short to promote DAN CON. It was a fun one to write and I think it came out great -thanks to Mr. Jensen. We made both color and black and white versions. Looking forward to the Con! If you are in the area, I definitely encourage you to come out. Remember, getting in on indie creators and their works before they go mainstream makes you cooler.
